In 1995, Mr. Tao Baixing with years of work skills and management experience in the baking industry established Zhengzhou Fuli Hui Food Factory for the production of halal frozen stuffed dumpling, boiled dumpling, cold drink, cake, moon cake, etc.. The company developed and expanded in scale with diversified products.

    2006年，为了响应郑东新区开发建设的政府号召，企业由原郑东新区所在地迁移至郑州东北区域黄河之滨，占地面积2万多平方米，建筑面积1.5万平方米，改制成立了郑州百兴食品有限公司，创立自有品牌“陶老大”，由陶百兴出任董事长。根据市场形势，调整主营业务，但坚持生产经营清真食品，产品有清真糕点、月饼、粽子、扣碗年货、花式馒头等五大系列200多个品种。

 In 2006, in response to the government call of developing and constructing Zhengdong New District, the company was relocated from the original location in Zhengdong New District to north-eastZhengzhou, on the coast ofYellow River. Covering an area of over 20,000 square meters and construction area of 15,000 square meters, the company was restructured into Zhengzhou Baixing Food Co., Ltd., established his own brand “Tao Laoda” and Tao Baixing served as chairman. There are strict quality control procedures for each process. Baixing has rigorously examined and field investigation of raw material suppliers and established raw material inspection system internally to ensure quality in line with production requirements. The procured raw and auxiliary materials must comply with the relevant provisions of "Halal Food Management Practices" and national food safety standards, to protect the safety and reliability of halal products from the source.

 

2011年，百兴公司引进了两条月饼自动生产线。月饼成型车间有国内先进的自动化月饼成型机械，全部实现微电脑控制。烘烤车间整条烘烤线从温度、时间、速度三方面都实现恒定。而包装车间则配备有专用空气净化空调机组，保障每一次风循环经过三级过滤才能进入车间。生产车间的自动标准化保证了食品质量安全的稳定。

 

In 2011, Baixing invested massively to introduce two moon cake automatic production lines. The moon cake molding workshop has domestic advanced moon cake automatic molding machinery, to achieve microcomputer control all through. The entire line of the baking workshop is constant in three aspects of temperature, time and speed. The packing workshop is equipped with special air purification and air conditioning units, to ensure that each time of air circulation goes through three filters before entering the workshop. The automatic and standardized workshops have ensured stability of the food quality safety.
